Performance Days Munich
In March, FreyZein presented its innovations to the public for the first time at one of the most important trade shows for performance textiles in the world: The Performance Days in Munich, Germany.
FreyZein was invited to showcase its materials as part of the Innovation Forum: A specifically curated section of the trade show, with an explicit focus on sustainability and innovation in textiles.
Presented live on site by FreyZein’s R&D team, Dr. Solmaz Ghanbarnezhad, Dr. Barnaby Caven and Madeleine Müller, samples of our innovative, aerocellulose-infused nonwoven thermal insulation TerraDown™ were shown to visitors, alongside a material story explaining the production process. Additionally, FreyZein debuted its innovative monomaterial, multilayer-fabric TerraTech™, including the world’s first water-proof cellulose-based membrane.
With the declared mission to introduce a new category of all-natural performance textiles and a unique material offer, FreyZein positioned itself strongly amongst the global players during its debut at the Performance Days. This was underlined by strong interest from representatives of key market players from both the Fashion and wider textile industry.
